Zopa wanted to create a best in class shopfront that delivers on the next generation banking promise and acts to convert intrigue into active customers. The 2008 banking collapse created a global financial earthquake that not only changed the face of banking, but the world.
At a time where more and more customers desire a new style of banking, shunning the traditional old school, we needed to position Zopa as ‘the credible alternative’ – in a 14 week turnaround.
